The results, scoring, maturity tiers, and AI-generated roadmaps are for informational, educational, and general guidance purposes only.

3. User Accounts and Content
To complete the assessment and access our reporting tools, you are required to submit accurate, current, and complete business information. You represent and warrant that:
- You have the authority to represent the business entity named in the submission.
- The information submitted does not violate any third-party confidentiality agreements or intellectual property rights.
- You will not submit misleading, offensive, or malicious data (including code or scripting elements) to our inputs.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, code, logic, grading scales, UI designs, copy, logos, icons, visual style, and proprietary algorithms used in the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of Creative AI Solutions.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the scorecard results and download email consulting reports for your internal business evaluation. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Service codebase or framework without prior written authorization.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Creative AI Solutions, its directors, officers, employees, or subprocessors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service.
- Any AI-generated suggestions, analysis, roadmaps, or estimates.
- Unauthorized access, alteration, or deletion of your submissions.
- Any operational disruptions, software bugs, or outages resulting from integrating third-party tools suggested in our roadmaps.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Creative AI Solutions and its licensees, contractors, and employees from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Baltimore, Maryland.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When updates are published, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
