If it runs your business, we can build it.
Platforms a business owns outright, native mobile apps, internal tools that stand in for three products none of which fit, e-commerce, websites that do a job rather than describe one, and the hardware, data and reporting wired in underneath. Marketing, strategy and analytics run beside the build, on the retainer.
You own everything we build: the code, the accounts and the credentials.
The scorecard is up to eleven questions, about three minutes, and the 30-minute call is free. How pricing works.
The six we are asked for most
Six kinds of build, not six versions of one. Each opens onto what gets built, what it is wired into, and what changes once it is running.
Booking and scheduling platforms

Booking and scheduling platforms
A scheduling platform that keeps the calendar honest, takes the deposit and carries on after you lock up.What this includesClose“People call after hours and I lose them.”
- Books 24 hours a day: from your site, your Instagram link, or a QR code on the van
- Confirmation the second they book, reminder the day before, rescheduling they can do themselves
- Takes a deposit up front, so the slot is held by someone who means to turn up
- Two-way sync with Google or Outlook: typed once, and every real slot shows as taken
- Knows travel time between jobs, who is qualified for what, and the Friday you always take off
The 8:40 caller books a slot, and it is on tomorrow’s calendar before you have driven home.
Websites that work like staff
A site that answers, qualifies, sells and books while you are out on a job. What this includesClose
Websites that work like staff
A site that answers, qualifies, sells and books while you are out on a job. What this includesClose“My website is a brochure. It doesn’t do anything.”
- Answers the ten questions you get asked every week: hours, service area, what a callout costs
- Sells as well as explains: a storefront, a checkout, and the email that goes out once an order lands
- Captures the enquiry and asks the qualifying questions you would have asked on the phone
- Takes the booking or the deposit right there
- Follows up on its own an hour later if an enquiry is still waiting
- Tags where every enquiry came from, so the reporting shows which channel earned the work
The site fills Tuesday on its own, and it does that on a Sunday night as readily as a Monday morning.
Lead tracking and CRM
One list, a stage on every lead, and reporting a person would read. What this includesClose
Lead tracking and CRM
One list, a stage on every lead, and reporting a person would read. What this includesClose“Leads come from five places and I lose track of them.”
- Every enquiry in one list (form, phone, Instagram, Google, walk-in), stamped with where it came from
- A stage on each lead: new, quoted, booked, lost
- A reminder when a quote has sat three days with no reply
- Works on a phone, so the foreman updates the job from the van
- A dashboard with the three numbers worth reading: leads in, jobs won, and which source earned its keep
Every lead stays on the list, wherever it was first scribbled down.

Customer communication automation
What comes in is sorted, ranked and answered in your words, whatever hour it lands. What this includesClose
Customer communication automation
What comes in is sorted, ranked and answered in your words, whatever hour it lands. What this includesClose“I’m on a job. By the time I call back, they’ve booked someone else.”
- A text that goes out in under five minutes while you are still on the job: your name, what you do, a link to book
- Quote follow-up on day two, day five and day twelve, which stops the moment they reply
- A review request the moment the job is signed off, while the work is still fresh in their mind
- Incoming email sorted before you open it, with the ones that need you at the top
- Every message written in your words and approved by you, and any thread can be handed to a person
Every message has an answer and a place to live, and the one that needs you is already at the top.

Where your people fit
Your team stays. AI does the work. People stay in charge. The software takes what comes in, sorts it, keeps it in one place and drafts the reply; the judgement, the pricing and the difficult conversation stay with your people, and a customer can always reach one.

Hardware and equipment integrations

Hardware and equipment integrations
Card readers, printers, scanners, kiosks and sensors wired into the booking, inventory and payment systems they belong with. What this includesClose“The card reader, the printer and the software all live in separate worlds.”
- Card readers and point-of-sale terminals writing to the same record as the appointment
- Label, ticket and receipt printers firing the moment an order lands
- Barcode and QR scanners tied straight into inventory, check-in or job tracking
- Kiosks, counter tablets and order screens running the same platform as your staff
- Sensors and meters (temperature, doors, tank levels, run hours) that text a named person when a reading goes wrong
- Time clocks and badge readers feeding the same staff records as the schedule
The scan, the reading or the payment lands on its own, already recorded by the time you close.
We check what your exact model supports before we quote, so the first call tells you precisely what can be wired in, and where a manufacturer keeps its equipment closed, which alternative gets you there.
Custom platforms built for the way you work
A platform of your own, built around the way the work happens instead of the way three products assume it does. What this includesClose
Custom platforms built for the way you work
A platform of your own, built around the way the work happens instead of the way three products assume it does. What this includesClose“The software we need doesn’t exist off the shelf.”
- A native mobile app for iOS and Android, with ordering that goes direct so the marketplace cut stays with you
- The internal tool that stands in for three products none of which fit: inventory, quoting, job costing, inspections
- Scheduling, dispatch and routing shaped to the way your crews work
- A customer or supplier portal for orders, documents, invoices and status
- Integrations into the accounting, point-of-sale and payment systems you already run, so a figure is typed once
- The data underneath it in one place, so the numbers come off the system that made them
The process lives somewhere the whole team can see it, so the day keeps running when one person is away.
Where these run
Each build on the About page belongs to a small business and carries a link, so you can go and see one running for yourself.
Those six are the common asks, and the work runs well past them.
If a part of your business runs on memory, on paper, or on one person’s phone, it can become a platform the whole team works from, with the data in one place and the reporting on top of it.
- Systems you already pay for, integrated so each thing is typed once
- A process that is specific to you, built as an internal tool you own outright
- Reporting pulled out of four places onto one dashboard that refreshes itself
- Your data brought out of a system you are leaving, intact and with its history
- A registration or event platform, from the sign-up through to an agenda that stays current
- Work a previous developer left half-finished, assessed straight and carried to the finish
Marketing, strategy and analytics run alongside all of it: ad management, SEO, social, and the analysis of what any of it returned. They go on the retainer where they earn their place, or by project scope, and each is quoted on its own line. How that is priced.
Bring us the one you have in mind, and you will know by the end of the call.
Describe it and you get a straight answer: whether software is the right tool for it, what a build would involve, whether a platform we already run would get you there sooner, and where something off the shelf would do the same job for less.
You hear all of it from the people who would build it.
How long, and how it is paid for
The schedule follows the scope, and it moves as fast as decisions, copy and access come back from your side. We set it together, in writing, once we both know what is being built.
The build is a project fee, quoted against a written scope before anyone starts, and once it is live there is a monthly retainer: a base that keeps the platform running, with marketing, strategy and reporting added when they earn their place, each quoted on its own line.
