About CAIS

We build the systems small businesses run on.

Creative AI Solutions, trading as CAIS. An AI product and service company: platforms, apps, internal tools and the data underneath them, built around the way one business works day to day.

  • Custom platforms
  • Mobile apps
  • Booking and payments
  • E-commerce and email automation
  • Internal tools
  • Hardware integrations
  • Lead tracking and reporting
  • Websites that do a job

Based in Maryland, working with clients across the United States.

Why this exists

Small businesses run on software written for companies ten times their size. The parts that would help are bundled with parts you will never open, priced by the seat, and shaped around somebody else’s process.

We build the other thing: AI products and the systems around them, made for one business and owned by it. A booking platform that takes the payment, a mobile app that keeps the marketplace fee out of the ticket, an internal tool nobody sells, the hardware on your floor wired into the software upstairs. Whatever the job is, it is built to the way you already run it.

How we think about it

AI does the work. People stay in charge.

The software does the work: it takes what comes in, sorts it, keeps it in one place, drafts the reply, ranks what matters and reports on all of it, and it carries on when nobody remembers to press anything. Every build keeps a person in charge of the decisions, and a person your customer can always reach.

Buyers say the same thing:

79%
of Americans strongly prefer dealing with a human over an AI agent.
89%
say companies should always offer the option to speak with a human.

The work, and where it runs

Every build here belongs to a small business, and each card carries a link so you can go and see it running for yourself. One is a mobile app still in the workshop.

Native mobile app · direct ordering · growth strategy

College Park, Maryland

We are building a native iOS and Android app where ordering goes direct to the restaurant, so the marketplace fee stays out of the ticket. A week of meals can be booked ahead at a discount, or subscribed to rather than ordered one at a time, and the points earned along the way come off a later order. The growth strategy is part of the same piece of work.

  • The app home screen, with a delivery address, search and the menu.
  • The meal kits screen, where a platter can be subscribed to rather than ordered once.
  • The bag screen, with a promo code field, the order summary and checkout.
  • The rewards screen, showing points earned towards a discount.

Free scorecard first, then a conversation.

Calls and spreadsheets are a fine start.

What you can hold us to

  • You own everything we build: the code, the accounts and the credentials.

If you ever move on, the platform, the app and everything around them keep running exactly as they are, in your accounts, with your data where it has always been.

  • If a settings change in software you already pay for solves it, we will say so.

You hear that on the free call, before there is anything to quote.

Where to start

Up to eleven questions, about three minutes. You get back a ranked report on what to build first and what each piece would cost, whether that turns out to be a platform of your own, a mobile app, or better reporting on what you already run. Or book the free call and ask us instead.

You keep the full report either way, whether or not we ever work together.
