Pricing

How pricing works.

A fixed project fee for the build, and a monthly retainer that keeps it earning, both agreed in advance. Ready-made platforms with a price on the page are in the marketplace.

Scope

What moves the number

Every build sits somewhere on each of these lines, and where it sits is what sets the number.

Simpler, costs lessMore involved, costs more

  • How much of it there isOne calendar up to Six teams with their own rules
  • How many systems it talks toOne connection to build and test up to Five of them
  • How much already existsThree hundred tidy records up to Three thousand of them
  • Whether hardware is involvedA documented card reader up to A vendor-only one
  • Whether money moves through itA contact form up to Deposits and card payments
  • Whether the content existsPrices and policies written down up to Still in your head
  • How many people need trainingFour people at desks up to Eleven people in vans
  • How fast you need itThe normal schedule up to A compressed one

Why the number comes from a conversation

A number means something only once a scope is attached to it. A booking system for a two-person shop and one for six locations are the same three words and completely different jobs.

Ownership

You own everything we build: the code, the accounts and the credentials.

Yours outright, the way a van you have paid off is yours. The retainer is what keeps it running and moving with the business, and it earns its place each month.

Bring what you have in mind to the free 30-minute call, and you leave knowing what your build would involve and what it would cost.
