What to do with the number
Fix one thing before you consider a rebuild: take the lowest-numbered box you left blank and start there. Boxes two and eight usually repay the effort first, because they are the two that keep working at 9pm on a Sunday.
The tenth is the one worth chasing down today. If the answer is not to hand, ask whoever built the site for the domain registrar login, the hosting login and the code, because owning all three is what lets you take your site anywhere you like.
